WHO'S IT FOR?

WHAT DOES THE 6 WEEK HIIT CHALLENGE INCLUDE?

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?

The focus is on reducing stress and getting fit through home workouts. There will be workouts to get a lot sweat on and keep the heart rate high. You will get stronger, leaner and more condicent. You don't need gym to get in your best shape

6-WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM STRUCTURE

You will train with me in real time.
The main focus is to build a strong core/abs and booty, but you will get stronger and more fit overall.

  • Four times per week
  • Every workout is only 26 minutes
  1. Drink alcohol
  2. Eat foods with added sugar (sweets, candies)
  3. Eat fast food (ultra processed foods)
  • Journaling.
  • It can improve your mood and give you a greater sense of overall emotional well-being and happiness. Also it helps to plan your day & achieve your goals. More information about journaling in Tone N’ Burn Challenges FB group.

No workout experience? No problem at all!

HOW IS THE THE CHALLENGE DELIVERED?

DON'T HAVE TIME TO WORKOUT?

How you choose to get it done is up to you. Remember that you only need max 2 hours a week. Make this plan work for you and your schedule!
