WHAT DOES THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE INCLUDE?
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
The focus is on reducing stress and getting fit through home workouts. There will be workouts to get a lot sweat on and keep the heart rate high. There will be a focus on muscular endurance and cardiovascular health. You will get stronger, fit and lean. You don't need gym to get in your best shape.
No workout experience? No problem at all!
6-WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Every workout is different, routine in the enemy. We’re breaking down the exercises into four categories:
- Lower body – 26min
- Upper body – 26min
- Core/ ABS – 26min
- Cardio – 20min
- Four times per week
- Three 26min workouts
- One 20min high intensivity non-stop cardio
- Drink alcohol
- Eat foods with added sugar (sweets, candies)
- Eat fast food (ultra processed foods)
