WHO'S IT FOR?

WHAT DOES THE 4 WEEK CHALLENGE INCLUDE?

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?

The focus is on reducing stress and improving health through home workouts. There will be workouts to get a good sweat on and keep the heart rate high. There will be more focus on cardiovascular health. Getting stronger and fat loss will be a result after 4 weeks. You don't need gym to get started!

EQUIPMENTS

No workout experience? No problem at all!

THE RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT STRUCTURE

  1. First week: 4 times per week.
  2. Second week: 4 times per week + 1 extra workout.
  3. Third week: 4 times per week + 2 extra workouts.
  4. Fourth week: 5 times per week +1 extra workout for super strong women.
  1. Drink alcohol
  2. Eat foods with added sugar (sweets, candies)
  3. Eat fast food (ultra processed foods)
  • Journaling.

DON'T HAVE TIME TO WORKOUT?

How you choose to get it done is up to you. Remember that you only need max 2 hours a week to see the results. Make this plan work for you and your schedule!
